Office Manager
Your tasks:
- Receive customers with a good service
- Answer the phone
- Prepare price quotes and invoices
- Prepare, track and expand a customer data base
- Type reports
- Manage websites
- Set up presentations
- Support in the expansion of the company and represent the company on the Bulgarian market
- Provide admin support to the Manager of the company
Your profile:
- you have 2-5 years experience in a similar function
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. The knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset
- You can work independently, but you also value team work
- You work with precision
- You have a good knowledge of Windows Office applications
- You have good organizational skills
- We can count on you for quality service
- Experience with Wix platform would be an advantage
