Junior Construction Manager

Your tasks:

• You can manage one or more projects simultaneously.

• You are in charge of the execution of the project. Further you manage the budgetary, contractual and commercial aspects.

• You are in charge of searching greenfield locations that meet our requirements.

• You are able to organize the land purchasing and permitting procedure.

• You are a specialist in CAD Drawings.

• You are selecting and managing the construction project team: architect, structural engineer, contractors...

• You work in close cooperation with our customers and the rest of the team

 

Your profile: 

• You are a qualified Engineer. You have a specialization in construction. Or you have equivalent benefits acquired by experience.

• You have experience with managing engineering projects.

• You are a specialist in CAD Drawings

• You work autonomously.

• You are a good team player.

• You have a hands-on mentality.

• You was born a problem-solver.

• You organize very precisely your work.

• You are resistant to stress.

• You respect the imposed deadlines.

• You are responsible for the communication with customers.

• You report everything precisely to your employer.

• You speak fluently English. Other languages are an asset.
