Project Manager

Your tasks:

• You can manage one or more construction projects simultaneously.

• You are in charge of the execution of the project. Further you manage the budgetary, contractual and commercial aspects.

• You are selecting and managing the construction project team: architect, structural engineer, contractors etc.

• You work in close cooperation with our customers and the rest of the team.

• You coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, including the designers, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors.

• You monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and organize regular status meetings with all sub-teams.

• You organize tendering procedures to define the perfect partners for the project.

• You communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.

• You create and manage the overall construction planning.

• You organize site and coordination meetings during the execution.

• You report directly to the managing director of the company.

 

Your profile: 

• You are a qualified Engineer and you have a specialization in construction.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in project construction management.

• You have experience in international construction projects.

• You are able to work with AutoCAD.

• You have experience with Microsoft Project.

• You work autonomously.

• You are a good team player.

• You have a hands-on mentality.

• You was born a problem-solver.

• You organize very precisely your work.

• You are resistant to stress.

• You respect the imposed deadlines.

• You are responsible for the communication with customers.

• You report everything precisely to your employer.

• You speak English fluently. Other languages are an asset.

• You are willing to travel approximately 60% of your working time.
