
Business Development and Sales Manager
Profinitum is a young company that provides independent Project Management Services in the field of construction and real estate. We are currently looking for a Business Development and Sales Manager to help us grow the distribution and service of Air-conditioning equipment in one of the leading economies in West Africa. In this new age of business, we need a new and strong mindset - one of ambition, of passion, and drive.
Your tasks:
The Business Development and Sales Manager will obtain supply contracts for Profinitum by establishing relationships with potential end customers and seek to set up relations with medium to larger construction companies, developers and M&E companies and specialty services. In his activities a strong long term relationship building, technical knowledge and commercial attitude are of extreme importance.
In line with the growth ambitions of the company the successful candidate can grow through to the function of National Sales Director or General Manager within the company on the midterm.
Specific Responsibilities include:

Create positive working relationships and maintain regular contact with potential clients. Emphasize DTS strengths and advantages standing as a reputable provider and valuable partner for air-conditioning supply and services.

Arrange and conduct meetings with potential owners, staff and supervisory personnel.

Determine client needs and evaluate company resources and capabilities in light of those needs.

Coordinate with Estimating and Engineering to provide conceptual estimating services, value engineering, analysis of alternatives and any other support a client needs to make decisions and achieve their goals.

Identify new leads and manage follow-up, record keeping and information distribution.
Your profile:

Engineering degree or equivalent through experience

Strong knowledge of the HVAC industry by preference with a leading Japanese HVAC manufacturer

Ability to conceptual estimate and budget HVAC works.

Past experience in working with general contractors, developers, M&E contractors and consultants.

Minimum 5 years HVAC experience, with 3 years’ experience in business development.

Self-driven, motivated, tireless and determined to be more successful than ever in your career and everyone in the market.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, no fear of making cold calls on senior leadership

You are willing to relocate to Nigeria /and return 2 times a year to Bulgaria/
